Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our team. This is an urgent opening for a talented individual who can translate complex financial planning and analysis business requirements into scalable, optimized solutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in FP&A, Accounting or Adaptive Deployments, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex financial planning and analysis business requirements into scalable, optimized solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their business goals and aligning deployment to support strategic outcomes.
  • Manage expectations, anticipate risks, and drive high client satisfaction and adoption.
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure delivery meets quality standards, is within budget, and provides measurable ROI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of work experience in FP&A, Accounting or Adaptive Deployments.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Skilled in configuration, scenario modeling, dashboards, reporting, and system integrations within Adaptive Planning.
  • Proven track record managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
  • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification (required).
