Job Title: Welding Specialist
Summary:We are seeking an experienced Welding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing welding procedures for various types of steels.
  • Developing and maintaining welding procedures for Carbon, alloy, stainless, and high tensile steels in accordance with national and international codes.
  • Maintaining synergy between different customers and third parties through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Identifying root causes in the area of welding through analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Weld Plan, PQR, WPS, SWP, Welding Repair procedure, heat treatment, consumables estimation & inventory management & Non-Destructive Examination (LPE, MPE, UE, RE etc.).
  • Knowledge of Different Welding Processes like SMAW, GTAW, SAW, GMAW, ESSC, FCAW, Groove welding & weld overlays.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of welding procedures, ASME codes, and international standards. They should also be able to work effectively with different materials and equipment.
