Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of manual QA testers, develop comprehensive test plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and execute manual test cases to ensure high-quality products.

About the Role

  • Lead and mentor a team of manual QA testers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans that cover all aspects of product development, including functionality, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate closely with development and product management teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Execute manual test cases and document test results to ensure defects are identified and addressed promptly.
  • Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes to ensure they remain effective and efficient.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective testing strategies.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of QA testers.
