**Job Title:** Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced QA engineer to ensure seamless functionality across various integrations.

**Responsibilities:
  • Develop end-to-end test plans for various systems, including NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM.
  • Verify real-time data syncs between systems and debug API failures.
  • Manage defect logging in Jira/Monday.com and track resolution SLAs.
  • Build scripts for regression testing using Java/Selenium or Typescript/Playwright.
**Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of integration testing and defect management.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Selenium, and Typescript.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
