Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a talented individual to take on a leadership role in our Quality Assurance department. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality processes while conducting reviews in alignment with global QA initiatives and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics and establish quality goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams in implementing quality processes.
  • Identify and address quality issues and risks in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience in designing and executing test cases and test scripts.
  • Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret test results and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

 

In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for individuals who are able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
