Global Recruitment Strategist

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across global geographies.
  • Source top talent through job portals, social media, referrals and internal databases.
  • Provide regular updates to global hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Operate effectively within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate records and reporting.
  • Partner with HR and business teams to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Manage recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs), pipeline reporting and process hygiene.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Postgraduate or MBA degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in global talent acquisition including sourcing stakeholder engagement and offer closure.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Workday Taleo SuccessFactors Greenhouse etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage international stakeholders across time zones.
  • Strong process orientation and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including 12 PM - 9 PM IST to align with global teams.
