Occupational Therapist Job Description

This is a full-time role for an Occupational Therapist based in Chennai.

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and providing therapy to children with various disorders.

  • A day-to-day task includes developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Another key responsibility involves facilitating rehabilitation and coordinating with other specialists to ensure the best care for each child.

This role requires a hands-on approach to therapy and consistent interaction with children and their families.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
  • License to practice Occupational Therapy in relevant state or region
  • Experience in a clinical or therapy setting
Essential Characteristics:
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge in Medicine and Rehabilitation
  • Proficient in Communication skills
  • Experience in Pediatrics
