Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Individualised Therapy Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's specific needs and goals.
- Provide one-on-one and group speech therapy sessions to improve articulation, fluency, language comprehension, and expressive communication.
- Collaborate with special education teachers, occupational therapists, psychologists, and parents to support integrated student development.
- Monitor and document students' progress, adapting therapy plans as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid certification or license to practice as a Speech Therapist (as per local/state regulations).
- Minimum 3-7 years working with children and adults with multiple disabilities.
- Experience working with children with special needs preferred.
- Proficient in English and Tamil.
