Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled MIS Executive to lead our reporting and data analysis team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and drive transformation initiatives in the Reporting and MIS domain, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to team members, identifying and recruiting talent to build a robust and high-performing team.
  • Lead meetings and develop agendas for Ops and Support functions to review performance and productivity, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Own end-to-end reporting and MIS delivery for multiple projects, demonstrating expertise and a commitment to quality.
Requirements:
  • 1-2+ years of experience performing Planning functions (MIS Reports, data analysis, capacity planning, forecasting, scheduling, real-time management, erlang model, multiple MIS reports) in a multi-site contact center environment - preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and inspire collaboration.
  • Ability to provide visionary leadership, direction, motivation, development opportunities, and build high-performing teams that drive business outcomes.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw insightful conclusions.
  • Proficient with advanced Excel, with the ability to organize, analyze, import/export data in a structured and efficient manner.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows-based programs (Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc.), with the ability to leverage technology to drive results.
  • Innovative and able to influence, with a proven track record of driving change and improvement.
