Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.">
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a SaaS or legal tech environment.">
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.">
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.">
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and wireframing tools.">
  • Knowledge of legal case management systems or the legal industry is a plus.">
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.">
