Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive business growth by utilizing analytical skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned consultant to contribute meaningfully to our organization.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will collect and interpret large data sets of customer KPIs, identifying patterns and trends, and reporting results and recommendations to business executives.

Candidates with experience in BI, data science, statistical analysis, machine learning, and/or enterprise reporting will be highly considered.

Key responsibilities include creating strong models of data correlation between business KPI improvement and adoption of solution capabilities, collaborating with internal consultants to define account strategies centered around value achievement, developing continuous improvement programs, and designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining automated business intelligence solutions.

  • Candidates should have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience in their field and hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related analytical field.
  • Prior experience in the contact center industry and advanced SQL and Python skills are a plus.
  • Power BI and Tableau experience is also desired.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver value-driven insights and recommendations.

Requirements:
  • Total 10+ years of relevant professional experience in BI, data science, statistical analysis, machine learning, and/or enterprise reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related analytical field (advanced degree preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced SQL and Python skills are a plus.
  • Power BI and Tableau experience.
  • Proven data analyst experience, preferably in the contact center industry.
