Transformation Leader Role

This leadership position is designed for highly skilled professionals with a strong background in program management and transformation.

The Transformation Leader will be responsible for driving innovation and change across multiple service lines, helping clients achieve their strategic and functional goals through expertise in program management and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives to drive business outcomes by leveraging expertise in program management and transformation.
  • Develop business cases to analyze feasibility and impact of projects, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Identify new technologies to enhance service lines, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Deliver cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and metric enhancement projects that meet client expectations and drive business results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field, demonstrating a solid foundation in technology and business.
  • 10+ years of change management or transformation experience, with a proven track record of success in leading complex projects.
  • 5+ years of Program Management experience in a matrix environment, with expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes.
  • Experience in complex improvement and transformation projects, with a focus on driving business results and improving client satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of AI enabled Conversation Bots and contact center industry, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Preferrable Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework, with experience in implementing agile methodologies.
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt or Black belt / PMP / OCM certification, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
