Job Title: Refrigeration Operations Specialist

Job Purpose: This role involves assisting in the operations and quality control activities in the cold finishing section of our plant. The support will ensure compliance with established procedures and standards while coordinating with other departments to meet production targets and safety standards.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Oversee the operations of the cold zone finishing process ensuring all activities are carried out according to established procedures and standards.
  • Utilize SAP and other IT-related applications to monitor and control operations, ensuring accurate data recording and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations conducting regular audits and inspections to identify potential issues.
  • Use analytical skills to identify areas for improvement in the cold zone finishing process implementing changes as necessary to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.
  • Demonstrate a global mindset and commercial acumen understanding the wider business context making decisions that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Foster a culture of entrepreneurship and people excellence encouraging innovation and continuous improvement among your team.
  • Manage a team of operators providing guidance and support to ensure they can perform their roles effectively.
  • Network with industry professionals staying updated with the latest trends and developments in the field of cold zone finishing.
