Strategic Business Unit Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our AWARE unit through its next phase of growth. Our goal is to achieve aggressive revenue growth and global market expansion.

  • Develop and execute a financial and strategic roadmap to drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term market leadership.
  • Drive top-line growth by developing high-impact sales strategies, securing enterprise-level partnerships, and expanding our market share in the cybersecurity sector.
  • Oversee all financial aspects of the SBU, ensuring budget discipline, margin optimization, and sustainable bottom-line performance.
  • Build scalable processes, systems, and operational frameworks to support rapid growth, ensuring efficiency and alignment with financial objectives.
  • Lead a results-driven team with a strong commercial mindset, ensuring alignment to revenue and profitability targets.
  • Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders, providing transparent financial and strategic updates to ensure alignment on growth and value-creation goals.
  • Identify new revenue streams, explore growth markets, and drive innovation to enhance financial performance.
