Senior Meta Ads Manager Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional to manage our international client accounts, design winning ad strategies, and drive measurable growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing Meta ad campaigns at scale, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute end-to-end Meta ad strategies with a focus on ROI.
  • Client Management: Independently manage international client accounts, ensuring strong communication and consistent results.
  • Ad Creation & Optimization: Oversee ad creatives, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-backed adjustments.
  • Budget Management: Allocate ad spend strategically to maximize returns.
  • Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, extract insights, and optimize campaigns for conversions and growth.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to refine performance.
  • Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable reports that demonstrate value and strategy alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) at scale.
  • Strong background managing international clients (experience with Australian market preferred).
  • Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
