About the Role

As a Meta Ads Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns for multiple brands.
  • Scale campaigns profitably and manage budgets effectively.
  • Generate performance reports and present insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with teams for campaign success.

You'll work directly with clients, report on performance, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Scale campaigns profitably and manage monthly budgets effectively.
  • Generate performance reports and present insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams for campaign success.
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels.
  • Stay updated with Meta's latest ad features, trends, and policies.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication and performance delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (agency experience preferred), a proven track record of scaling brand campaigns, strong knowledge of campaign structures, audiences, and bidding strategies, excellent analytical, reporting, and client communication skills.
