Job Overview
As a Google Ads expert, you will plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high ROI and alignment with client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, PMax) to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign optimization.
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure profitability and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and test ad copies, extensions, and creative assets to improve CTR and conversions.
- Create detailed reports & insights for clients, highlighting wins, learnings, and action plans.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, platform features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with analytics and creative teams to align on funnels, tracking, and testing strategies.
Requirements
- 2-4 years proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns (agency experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setups.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven track record of scaling Ecommerce / High-Ticket campaigns.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets & reporting dashboards.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Google Ads & Analytics Certification.
- Experience in remarketing funnels & dynamic product ads.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization & CRO strategies.
- Understanding of Meta Ads or other paid channels (bonus).
