Job Title: Digital Advertising Specialist

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Digital Advertising Specialist, focusing on Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize ad spend, ensuring maximum return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ad Campaign Management: Develop and execute effective ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram platforms, using data-driven strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics, including CPL, CTR, ROAS, and CAC, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Content Creation: Design compelling ad creatives and copy that drives conversions, aligning with our brand's messaging and goals.
  • Reporting and Accountability: Provide clear daily reports on campaign performance, taking ownership of results and making recommendations for future improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Facebook Ads Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years' experience running successful Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with confidence in working with numbers and identifying trends.
  • Spreadsheets and Tools: Ability to build smart spreadsheets for tracking performance, as well as proficiency in utilizing relevant tools for analysis and reporting.
  • Ad Creative Design: Eye for effective ad creative design, with an understanding of what drives engagement and conversions.
  • Performance Metrics: Understanding of key performance metrics and optimization techniques, with the ability to apply this knowledge to improve campaign performance.
