Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Manager to lead our data analysis and reporting efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to support business decision-making.

Your primary goal will be to provide timely and accurate insights to stakeholders, driving business growth and improvement through data-driven recommendations.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

A strong focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction is essential in this role, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a team or project lead capacity.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development (including DAX, data modeling, performance tuning).
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, ETL concepts, and business process mapping.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and coach team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
