BIM Technician Role Overview

  • We are seeking a skilled BIM Technician to join our design team.
  • The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed BIM models with a minimum Level of Development (LOD) 350+
  • Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP services within the model for seamless integration
  • Execute modeling tasks independently with minimal supervision
  • Create and manage parametric Revit families as per project scope
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance with BIM execution plans and project standards
  • Participate in design coordination meetings and model reviews
  • SUPPORT THE RESOLUTION OF DESIGN COORDINATION ISSUES WITHIN THE MODEL

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of proven experience as a BIM Technician.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM tools.
  • Solid understanding of multidisciplinary coordination in BIM workflows.
  • Experience working on industrial projects is highly desirable.
  • Ability to create custom families and maintain project standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
