Remote Call Center Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced call center professional to join our international team. If you have a proven track record in telecalling and possess excellent communication skills, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.
About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls for international clients, working on telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, and surveys. You will also provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:- Respond to inbound and make outbound calls for international clients
- Work on telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, and surveys
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
Meet performance targets while working independently from home and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Requirements:- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an international call center or BPO environment
- Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Candidates below 40 years of age preferred
- Must have their own laptop and reliable broadband connection
