Embedded Finance Specialist

What you’ll do:

  • Act as a finance partner for assigned dealerships, providing embedded financial services.
  • Collaborate with area sales and service managers to develop business plans aligned with company strategy.
  • Manage accounting operations for dealer transactions, reviewing sales orders, invoices, and receivable reconciliations on a regular basis.
  • Review dealer claims based on the Dealer Management System (DMS) and ensure timely payouts for warranty claims and other incentives.
  • Frequently follow up with dealers regarding receivables and ensure collections Service Level Agreement (SLA) is maintained.
  • Perform monthly dealer reconciliations and ensure closure of reconciliation items within SLA to confirm balance confirmation.
  • Assist dealers with finance-related queries on invoicing, collections, taxation, and accounting by working closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the Process Excellence team to set up and periodically review the Dealer Operations Manual, ensuring all finance compliances are in place.
  • Partner with System Product Managers to establish a robust Dealer Management System (DMS).
  • Actively engage with Sales and Service Regional and Central managers on dealer operations.
  • Foster strong relationships with dealers through field visits, business reviews, and other initiatives.

About this role:

  • Highly skilled in data analytics, proficient in Excel, VBA, and creating PowerPoint presentations. Experience with SAP is an asset.
  • Strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator who can present concepts, recommendations, and analysis to senior management in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple external stakeholders.
  • Independent thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • A team player who can collaborate and support fellow team members.
  • An active participant in Program/Swimlane activities, working towards business objectives.

Your qualifications:

  • Masters in Business Administration with 2-4 years of experience in sales/retail finance roles in Automobile/FMCG/Retail Industry.
