Finance Transformation Expert

Are you an expert in finance transformation and shared services? Do you have a proven track record of leading large-scale transitions in global environments? We are seeking a highly skilled Transition & Transformation Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the migration of finance processes into a shared services model, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing disruption.
  • Drive standardization, automation, and process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced costs.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders, SMEs, and external partners to deliver successful projects and meet business objectives.
  • Implement change initiatives and risk management strategies to ensure smooth adoption and minimize risks.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in shared services, finance transformation, or transition management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, project management, and change management principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale transitions in global or complex environments, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
