We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in Onboarding (ONB) 2.0 solutions to deliver impactful HR initiatives and drive digital transformation.

Job Role:

SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Fulltime Position:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement ONB 2.0 processes, including upgrades from ONB 1.0.
  • Design, implement, and support complex business processes in SuccessFactors.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with customers to understand business needs and propose best-fit solutions.
  • Integrate ONB 2.0 with upstream and downstream systems, including third-party applications.
  • Provide best-practice guidance on customer processes and ensure smooth adoption.
  • Continuously stay updated with bi-annual SuccessFactors releases and guide customers through upgrades.
  • Conduct design sessions and workshops with stakeholders.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • Certifications in ONB 2.0 and Employee Central (mandatory).
  • Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of ONB processes in global organizations.
  • Exposure to system development, analysis, and testing.
