Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SAP consultant to lead the implementation and support of SuccessFactors RCM, RMK, and ONB modules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, employer branding, and onboarding best practices.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and providing timely resolutions while ensuring data privacy, security, and compliance.

Additionally, the candidate will train end-users and provide post-go-live support in a remote VDI-based environment.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
  • At least 3+ years in RCM (Recruiting Management)
  • Hands-on experience in configuration, integration, and support of RCM, RMK, and ONB modules
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employer branding, and onboarding best practices
  • Experience working in remote/VDI-based environments
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in RCM, RMK, or ONB is preferred
