US Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Civil Engineer or Architect recruitment specialist to join our team. This role involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for US clients in the civil engineering and architecture domain.
Key Responsibilities:- Source and screen qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS or CRM system.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience in US recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.
- Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.
- Strong sourcing skills and excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
