Medical Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our scientific communications group, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic medical communications plans that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Job Description
  • Develop high-quality scientific, medical, and educational materials, including MSL/training slide decks, infographics, congress and meetings materials, literature searches and reviews, standard response letters/medical information letters, and HCP engagement content according to client and audience needs with excellent attention to detail.
  • Review and supervise deliverables from junior writers and provide constructive feedback.
  • Mentor and train junior writers by sharing best practices and client preferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • PhD/MD in medicine, life sciences, health sciences, pharmacy, pharmacology; MPharm/MSc. with a good understanding of clinical research and medical communication.
  • 7-10 years of experience in writing and reviewing Scientific/Medical Communications for Medical Affairs or biopharma, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Clear, concise scientific writing with strong attention to detail and language skills.
  • Strong ability to interpret, evaluate, and present scientific data clearly and concisely.
