Telehealth and Wellness Leader

About this role:

The Head of Telehealth and Wellness is a senior executive responsible for driving the commercial growth and global expansion of our wellness and telehealth services.

This leadership position requires an experienced business leader with international experience, ideally in the maritime or industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will unlock new markets, build strategic partnerships, and position our Wellness & Telehealth offering as a trusted, client-centric solution worldwide.

  • Strategic Business Development: Own and drive the commercial strategy for Wellness & Telehealth services, with full accountability for revenue, pipeline, and market expansion.
  • Client Relations & Commercial Partnerships: Lead high-stakes client engagement from initial prospecting through to closing and long-term account management.
  • Digital Commercial Growth: Drive user adoption, monetization, and revenue growth across our Telehealth and digital wellness platforms.
  • Digital Optimization & Platform Expansion: Establish and manage dashboards for sales KPIs, deal velocity, win rates, and revenue forecasting.
  • Commercial Proposals & Sales Enablement: Lead preparation of commercial proposals, pricing models, and pitch presentations tailored for enterprise and institutional clients.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance, marketing, business administration, healthcare management, or medical-related disciplines. The candidate should have at least 10+ years of experience in healthcare, wellness, maritime, or service-based industries, with a proven track record in B2B sales, client management, and team leadership.
