Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Digital Media located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Head of Digital Media will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of all digital media strategies. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing media strategy, media planning, and coordinating marketing campaigns. Additional responsibilities include managing social media marketing efforts and ensuring that digital marketing activities align with the overall business objectives. Must know backend workings of Facebook, Youtube, OTT and other forms of News and Entertainment media portals.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence- Generative and Agentic is a must.
  • Experience in Media Planning, Media Strategy, and Digital Strategy
  • Strong background in Marketing and Social Media Marketing
  • Proven leadership and management skills in a media-related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in the Greater Delhi Area
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in the television or entertainment industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of AI tools in social media management
  • Knowledge of digital news portals
