About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Specialist to join our team at Genpact. In this role, you will be responsible for leading General Ledger close activities, including processing journals, account reconciliations, trial balance review, and reporting of unreconciled open items.

Responsibilities
  • Month-End Accounting: Prepare and review general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Account Reconciliations: Conduct thorough reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Develop and deliver timely reports on unreconciled open items, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Education: Postgraduate degree in commerce or finance.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in reconciliation, accounting, and reporting, preferably with a strong background in Oracle General Ledger.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
