Job Description

The role of a Training Officer is to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires, focusing on soft skills and negotiation techniques. This involves designing and delivering training sessions that cater to the unique learning needs of various teams.

As a key member of the team, the Training Officer will be responsible for conducting regular refresher training, update training, and PKT sessions to ensure team members stay up-to-date with industry developments.

  • Conduct regular refresher training, update training, and PKT sessions to ensure team members stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Identify and understand the unique learning needs of various teams, tailoring training programs accordingly.
  • Liaise with Quality and Operations to implement process improvement plans, driving continuous growth and efficiency.

Additional responsibilities include monitoring calls from advisors, providing immediate feedback and support as needed, and documenting feedback to ensure all parties are aware of action items and progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent English communication skills, analytical thinking, data representation skills, MS Excel proficiency, time management abilities, and multi-tasking skills.
