About this role

As a seasoned Product Support Manager, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our products across various industries. Your expertise and experience will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term relationships with key clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To achieve parts and service revenue targets through strategic planning and execution
  • To maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Manage the total service and parts operation, including scheduled maintenance, rebuilding, repairing, identifying malfunctions, and troubleshooting breakdowns
  • Maintain good relationships with customers and counterparts to ensure seamless communication and cooperation
  • Undertake regular site inspections to monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in the Heavy Earth Moving Industry, with at least 3 years in a similar position
  • Technical expertise in product necessary
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
