Job Summary

Toughcons Nirman Pvt. Ltd. is a professional consulting organization that specializes in Project Management for Redevelopment Works and Society Redevelopment.

This full-time role is for a Junior Architect who will be responsible for architectural design, municipal drawings, massing, 3D renders, design & project coordination, and ensuring seamless execution of construction projects in Mumbai.

We seek an individual with experience working with Architects/PMC, knowledge of society redevelopment, redevelopment-related procedures and processes, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and SketchUp.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and designing in AutoCAD
  • Preparing municipal drawings
  • Measuring flat areas from BMC-approved plans and redrawing in AutoCAD
  • Preparing project reports and feasibility reports in collaboration with the architectural team and senior management
  • Presenting plans and feasibilities to clients and stakeholders
  • Reporting on project progress
  • Reading property documents and land records related to redevelopment
  • Understanding legal documents and title documents
  • Preparing and finalizing project tenders and BOQs
Requirements
  • Architecture and architectural design skills
  • Project management experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
