About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Operations Specialist to join our team at Thomson Reuters. This is an excellent mid-level position that offers a great opportunity to learn and grow as a compliance professional.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring product alerting, managing subsequent investigations, and ensuring appropriate product use. You will also manage the customer audit program, collaborate with customer vetting and onboarding team members, and support compliance team reporting and metrics.

About You:

  • You have 3-5 years of business experience and excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • You possess clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • You are able to meet deadlines under pressure and have excellent PC skills, familiarity with Microsoft 365, secure cloud services, SAP, and Salesforce.
  • You are able to establish and maintain productive internal business relationships and have a high level of initiative and ability to perform in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
