Job Title: BIM Expert

Are you a skilled BIM modeler looking for a challenging role? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team as a BIM Expert.

Job Description:

As a BIM Expert, you will be responsible for supporting the Discipline Lead and BIM Manager in day-to-day BIM implementation activities. This includes maintaining records of all formal BIM correspondences, providing regular progress updates, and ensuring quality and compliance of all BIM submissions through regular QA/QC checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update BIM object libraries and quality templates per organizational standards.
  • Validate models for accuracy, export data for design and commercial use, and perform clash detection.
  • Prepare reports and models for value engineering and constructability analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, including ethics, safety, and ISO standards.

Requirements:

  • Experienced CIVIL 3D modeler with skills in modelling Track works, rail utilities, drainage modelling, and experience in multi-disciplinary Design workflows and understanding of 3D coordination process.
  • 5-10 years experience in BIM Tools.
  • Experience within Design or Construction on infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of multi-disciplinary Design workflows and understanding of 3D coordination process.
  • Proficient in a range of authoring, scripting, design review, coordination, simulations, and collaboration applications.
  • Possess the ability to develop analytical reports and presentations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience within Design or Construction on infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of multi-disciplinary Design workflows and understanding of 3D coordination process.
