Public Health BIM Modeller Position

We are seeking an experienced Public Health BIM Modeler to lead the development of detailed BIM models for public health projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

  • Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in Engineering with a Diploma/ Degree, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
  • Expertise in using Revit & Navisworks is required.
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering is essential.
  • Middle East project experience will be highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities
  1. BIM Development: Create and manage comprehensive BIM models for public health projects, ensuring precision and accuracy in adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  3. Model Coordination: Conduct thorough model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins, guaranteeing efficient workflow and quality assurance.
  4. Standards Compliance: Ensure that all BIM models comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and expertise.
  5. Project Management: Oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency, upholding the highest standards of quality and excellence.

The ideal candidate should possess good knowledge about Drainage, Water Supply, Storm Water & Fire Protection Services. Basic design knowledge regarding PHE & Fire Protection Services will be an added advantage.
