BIM Electrical Specialist

Seeking a skilled professional to create and manage 3D electrical models using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coordinate 3D electrical models using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
  • Create electrical layouts, schematics, conduit/tray routing, panel schedules, and lighting systems.
  • Prepare electrical circuit layouts, schematics, and construction drawings.
  • Ensure clash detection and resolution by coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Generate shop drawings, as-built drawings, and installation drawings based on design models.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors for BIM execution and coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in BIM electrical modelling for MEP projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, and cable routing.
