Drive Key Client Success as a Strategic Account Manager

This dynamic role involves forming and maintaining professional relationships, following through on contract closures and renewals, and playing a key part in clients' growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 5-10 key client accounts.
  • Develop executive relationships with leadership at top clients.
  • Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay on top of clients' needs, vision, IT roadmap, and any anticipated deviations.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of each account, their business, and key stakeholders.
  • Catalyze partnership growth, revenue expansion, and capture new opportunities.
  • Pitch relevant services to top clients.
  • Identify and capitalize on new markets by developing go-to-market strategies.
  • Track delivery timelines and quality to ensure high-quality deliverables are delivered on time.
  • Present reports to senior management on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management or customer success roles for software companies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Understanding of the sales funnel and different stages.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts, preferably in high-growth startups.
  • Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate them into a strategy.
  • Goal-oriented attitude with a proactive working style.
  • Proficiency in client interactions with the closure of sales deals.
  • Must be self-motivated and have a sales-oriented mindset.
