Nurse Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Nursing Officer to lead our dynamic nursing department.

• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the nursing team.
• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and patient flow.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (essential);
• Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice;
• Experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in a hospital or health center setting;
• Ability to lead and manage a team of nurses;
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices;
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficiency in electronic health records systems;
