Job Title: Tool Operations Expert

We are seeking an experienced Tool Operations Expert to oversee the implementation, maintenance and optimization of various tools across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide tools and solutions in verticals such as Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, Government, retail & consumer goods, Energy & utilities.
  2. Assess various tools available in the market and select the most suitable ones based on organizational needs.
  3. Integration & deployment: Ensure seamless integration of these tools into existing infrastructure.
  4. Monitoring & reporting: Oversee real-time monitoring of IT Infra, applications using tools, and generate reports on performance, incidents, SLAs etc.
  5. Automation & orchestration: Manage processes automation and ensure effective use of automation tools, orchestration tools to coordinate complex workflows & processes.
  6. Leverage AI-driven analytics, predictive maintenance, and automated incident resolution.
  7. Continual service improvements on tools deployed at customer environment. Focus on cost reduction.
  8. Vendor management: Collaborate with internal IT team to negotiate tools vendors contracts, licenses, regular tools patches & updates.
  9. Training & support: Provide training to internal teams & enable support from OEMs whenever required.
  10. Security & compliance: Ensure security & compliance are met as per customer requirements.
Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Manage, prioritize, and establish goals, standards, and service levels for day-to-day operations in the Network Operations Center (NOC) by standards and guidelines.
  2. Analyze NOC functions, recommend upgrades/changes, and assess current and future NOC needs. Drive and support Continual Service Improvement.
  3. Maintain Operational Awareness and keep informed regarding network issues including MTTR, PMs, personnel issues, SLA compliance, required reporting, Large Scale Outages, and customer satisfaction issues.
  4. Ensure security & Risk management directives are properly understood by the NOC team and followed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field, or equivalent, relevant experience.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in managing tools & applications, operations, and support for tools.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key qualifications include: technical expertise, project management skills, vendor management experience, ability to communicate effectively, operational awareness, and understanding of IT Infrastructure, applications and business processes.
