Job Title: CRM+TOSCA Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a CRM+TOSCA Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Coordinate with development teams to provide a comprehensive understanding of business user needs and resolve queries related to requirements.
  • Document business requirements, review them with business and technology teams, and obtain customer acceptance.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to address user questions and concerns.

The successful candidate will have experience working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365, with a minimum of 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant.

Requirements:
  • MS Dynamic CRM + TOSCA are mandatory.
  • Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365.
  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant.
  • Minimum 2 years experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM 20162015.
  • Familiar with MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules.
Desirable Skills:
  • SSRS reporting services experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of some or all areas within Customer Engagement including Field Services and Project Service Automation.
  • Basic knowledge of the Power Platform Power Apps Flow Power BI and.
  • Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Model.
  • MS CRM configuration knowledge.
  • Application integrations knowledge with MS CRM.
