Job Description:

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You will gather and analyze client requirements, curate and brainstorm approaches to meet these needs, and meticulously understand the requirements with respect to the solutions offered by CRM's out-of-the-box components and those that need extensions like code.

You will estimate the efforts around multiple approaches and narrate and quantify the pros and cons of each implementation. Additionally, you will develop and customize various CRM components such as entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports, and dashboards. You will also implement integrations with external systems, write clean and efficient code, debug and troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with project managers, business analysts, testing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.
