Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Receivable Officer to lead the daily operations of our branch's receivables.

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws governing the sector.

The role involves managing and overseeing the daily operations of the branch's receivables, developing strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues, analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch's receivables
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws governing the BFSI industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
