Key Collection Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Collection Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and fostering positive relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments
  2. Ensure proper record-keeping of collections and payment schedules
  3. Prepare and submit collection reports as needed, escalating overdue accounts when necessary
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and negotiation
  5. Collaborate with the Accounts and Sales teams to resolve any payment-related issues
  6. Visit customers when required to collect payments, handling customer queries related to billing and payments in a professional manner

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, meeting targets and deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Prior experience in collections or accounts-related roles is advantageous
  • Flexibility to travel when necessary
