Job Title Junior Legal Advisor Job Location Kumarapalayam Namakkal District We are seeking a Junior Legal Advisor to join our dynamic real estate construction team The ideal candidate will assist in providing legal advice and ensuring that our construction projects comply with local and national laws and regulations This role involves supporting senior legal advisors in contract drafting dispute resolution and risk management across residential commercial and industrial projects Key Responsibilities Contract Support Assist in drafting reviewing and negotiating construction contracts subcontracts and agreements with clients contractors and suppliers Legal Compliance Ensure that all construction activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements under the guidance of senior legal advisors Risk Assessment Help identify potential legal risks in construction projects and collaborate with the legal team to mitigate these risks Dispute Resolution Support the handling of legal disputes and claims related to contracts construction delays or defects by collecting information and assisting in legal proceedings Permit Assistance Aid in the preparation and submission of documents to secure permits and licenses for construction projects Contractual Monitoring Track contractual obligations and alert the team to potential issues in compliance or breaches Legal Documentation Prepare and organize legal documents such as contracts agreements and permits under the supervision of senior legal staff Advisory Assistance Provide support in offering legal advice to management on property acquisitions joint ventures and other project-related matters Research Updates Conduct legal research to stay current with changes in construction laws regulations and industry standards and assist in training staff as necessary Requirements Education Bachelor s degree in Law LLB is required Experience 0-2 years of legal experience Familiarity with construction contracts and legal compliance is a plus Skills Basic Contract Law Understanding of construction contracts subcontracts and legal obligations Legal Research Ability to conduct thorough research on laws and regulations affecting construction projects Communication Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing legal documents and communicating with the team Attention to Detail High level of accuracy in managing legal paperwork and compliance matters Negotiation Support Some experience assisting in negotiations related to contracts and agreements is an advantage Preferred Skills Knowledge of RERA Real Estate Regulatory Authority guidelines Basic understanding of environmental and safety laws in construction Familiarity with land acquisition laws and property-related documentation is a plus Key Attributes Strong organizational and time management skills Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced legal environment Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Compensation Competitive entry-level salary with legal allowances and opportunities for career advancement Contact the HR Manager 91-7449111450 91-9600935940 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Experience total work 1 year Required Work Location In person
