Warehouse Coordinator Job

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records in SAP MM, monitoring stock levels, and initiating replenishment requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records in SAP MM, monitor stock levels, and initiate replenishment requests.
  • Material Handling: Receive incoming materials, inspect for quality, and verify documentation. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stacking of materials.
  • SAP MM Operations: Enter goods receipts (GRN) and goods issues in SAP MM, track stock movements, and generate reports.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for GRN approvals and invoice matching.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in warehouse inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP MM module, MS Excel, and inventory tracking tools.
