Job Summary:
SREE DHANA YOGAM CHITS PVT LTD is seeking a motivated Collection Agent to manage customer collections, follow up on due payments, and encourage timely repayments. The role also includes promoting new enrollments, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Collection Management: Follow up with customers for timely payments and ensure dues are collected on schedule.

Customer Interaction: Maintain professional communication with clients to address payment-related queries and provide solutions.

Recovery Handling: Handle overdue payments tactfully while maintaining good customer relations.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of collections, outstanding amounts, and customer interactions.

Field Visits: Visit customers as required to collect payments or provide information on chit schemes.

New Enrollments: Promote and enroll new customers into chit fund schemes to earn commission-based incentives.

Compliance: Adhere to company policies and ensure legal compliance in collection activities.

**Required Skills**:
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to handle financial transactions and collections efficiently

Customer relationship management

Basic knowledge of chit fund operations (preferred)

Good problem-solving and persuasion skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Proficiency in local languages (Tamil and English)

**Benefits**:
