**Job Description**:
SARA GAS is looking for a responsible and trustworthy Collection Agent to manage the recovery of payments from customers. The role involves direct fieldwork, meeting customers, and collecting outstanding payments on behalf of the company. The agent should maintain professional behavior and uphold the company’s reputation during all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers' locations as per the schedule to collect due payments.
Maintain a record of the collections and update the company database regularly.
Submit collected amounts promptly to the accounts department.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Ensure transparency and accountability during all transactions.
Handle customer queries related to outstanding payments courteously.
Report daily collection status to the supervisor or manager.
Follow company policies and confidentiality rules strictly.
**Required Skills**:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to convince and negotiate professionally.
Basic knowledge of using a smartphone for data updates and reporting.
Honest, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Familiarity with local areas in Salem is an added advantage.
Two-wheeler driving license (mandatory) with a personal vehicle preferred.
Pay: ₹13,500.00 per month
