Enterprise Sales Specialist

We are looking for a driven sales professional to join our Mid Market Sales team in Razorpay POS. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in driving sales, mid-size corporate client relationships, excellent communication skills and a strong desire to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- To acquire new merchants for Razorpay POS business through individual hunting and partnership with channel partners.
- To own sales targets and exceed them consistently.
- To manage channel partner performance based on agreed business plans.
- To develop and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in mid-size enterprises.
- To lead joint partner planning processes that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
- To sell through channel partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
- To train channel partners' salesforces on Razorpay POS product/solution offerings along with sales skills.
- To manage potential conflicts with other firms/competitors by fostering excellent communication internally and externally.
Mandatory Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years of merchant acquiring experience preferably in Fintech or Banking Industry.
- Experience in pitching to CXOs of mid-size enterprises.
- Geographical knowledge with market working knowledge.
- Ability to work under high work pressure.
- Relationship building skills to manage relationships with clients and partners.
- Solid knowledge of sales and sales administration processes.
- Fluency in local languages.
The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹25,00,000 (based on industry standards in the region) plus benefits.
