Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in ServiceNow and strong scripting and integration skills to drive business value through technology.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more ServiceNow modules, including HRSD, CSM, FSM, ITSM, Portal, CMDB, Virtual Agent, ITAM, ITOM, and ITBM.
  • They will be responsible for developing and implementing custom scripts and integrations to improve business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements, and designing and delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
  • A strong background in software engineering, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement custom scripts and integrations to enhance business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements.
  • Design and deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software engineering.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and its various modules.
  • Excellent scripting and integration skills, with experience in languages such as JavaScript or Python.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
